Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting Advisory Services

In this role, you will support CFO Advisory engagements by delivering rigorous financial planning, GAAP and SEC-compliant reporting, and policy design. You work within a fast-paced team to help clients scale and optimize close processes, reporting, and transaction accounting. You'll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex accounting issues into actionable solutions. • Perform financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
• Provide technical expertise on US GAAP and SEC requirements with accounting research and client presentations
• Prepare external financial reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements) and coordinate with auditors
• Assist design and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
• Improve financial close processes and streamline monthly/quarterly reporting
• Liaise with external auditors and client decision makers for audit prep
• Assist with cash-to-accrual accounting, opening balance sheet, and purchase accounting
• Lead and manage projects while coordinating with clients
• Foster proactive client and cross-functional team relationships
• Supervise and mentor staff with feedback and training

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in public accounting and operational accounting
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong US GAAP knowledge (IFRS exposure is a plus) with ASC 606, lease accounting, purchase accounting expertise
• Experience in technical accounting or SEC reporting is a plus
• Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, management, analytical, decision-making and research skills
