SAP Finance Transformation Manager - Utilities

In this role you drive SAP Finance transformation for utilities clients, shaping end-to-end finance solutions on SAP platforms and allied technologies. You engage C-suite stakeholders, craft business cases and roadmaps, and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams to deliver value through AI-enabled SAP solutions. You'll stay ahead of SAP and industry trends, build reusable assets, and guide large transformation programs across global clients. This is a high-impact position in Accenture's Utilities SAP Practice with a clear focus on innovative, sustainable finance outcomes.

• Engage with senior finance executives to discuss business challenges and value from SAP solutions
• Lead the development of SAP journey roadmaps and business cases, including sales origination and client presentations
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps, and partner add-ons
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value in finance processes
• Demonstrate AI-enabled SAP delivery through deployments that improve project efficiency and outcomes
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using industry best practices and embedded innovation
• Lead large project teams across global delivery, driving transformation roadmaps
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations
• Contribute as a thought leader, building assets and best practices for the next generation of transformation
• Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on client needs

• 6+ years of SAP Finance experience (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Product Costing)
• 4+ years of SAP projects in Utilities sector
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with planning, estimation, and solution architecture
• Experience leading workshops, design decisions, build/configure/test/cutover/go-live in SAP Finance
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model
• Prior Consulting/Advisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)
