Overview

In this role, you will oversee NAV finalization and related reporting for private funds with credit strategies, ensuring accurate P&L reconciliation and investor allocations. You'll coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and internal teams to deliver timely statements and regulatory reports. You will optimize processes, support cross functional partners, and uphold rigorous controls. Responsibilities
  • Oversee NAV finalization, P&L reconciliation, and investor allocation for private funds with credit strategy
  • Review and reconcile management and performance fee calculations per governing documents
  • Review capital calls, distributions, and associated notifications
  • Approve client capital account statements from third party admins
  • Review annual audited financial statements and coordinate year end audits
  • Prepare/review performance reporting, Blackstone reporting deliverables, and ad hoc requests
  • Prepare/regulatory reporting, investor letters, and custom client reporting
  • Liaise with Operations, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Tax, and Legal & Compliance
  • Oversee offshore/onshore resources and provide training
  • Approve expense allocations, operating budgets, and vendor payments
  • Review fund legal documents and streamline processes and templates
Key requirements
  • 7+ years in public accounting, fund, or administrator roles
  • BS in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CFA preferred
  • Experience with credit products (loans, CLOs, bonds, revolvers, delayed draws) preferred
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, proactive mindset
  • Ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, and develop recommendations
  • Independent worker with proactive initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
