In this role, you drive the strategy and delivery of enterprise finance data capabilities at Disney, focusing on a scalable Finance Data Layer to empower EPM, BI, and AI/ML initiatives. You will lead cross-functional data programs, aligning with Finance Transformation priorities and broader data strategies. • Lead the data strategy and implementation roadmap for enterprise Finance data capabilities
• Drive the implementation of a Finance Data Layer / data lakehouse for EPM, BI, and AI/ML
• Translate planning, forecasting, reporting needs into requirements, user stories, and data product specs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and analytics to deliver scalable, governed data solutions
• Support end-to-end data delivery lifecycle from source discovery to deployment and support
• Coordinate engineering efforts for large-scale data platform capabilities (ingestion pipelines, medallion architecture, data quality, security)
• Define and manage platform priorities balancing business value, timelines, debt, and cost
• Establish success metrics for data capabilities (quality, availability, performance, adoption, outcomes)
• Support cross-functional Finance Transformation initiatives by linking process design and data implementation
• Communicate complex data concepts to executives and diverse audiences

• 5+ years in enterprise data strategy, data platform implementation, or related transformation roles
• Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives from strategy to delivery and adoption
• Strong understanding of modern data stacks, cloud architecture, data lakehouse patterns, and data pipelines
• Knowledge of Finance processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management) and data in enabling modern finance capabilities
• Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, data models, mappings, and plans
• Collaboration with engineers/architects on ingestion, ETL/ELT, modeling, data quality, and governance
• Proven project and delivery leadership with roadmaps, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Excellent communication with business and technical audiences, and ability to navigate ambiguity
