Overview

In this role you will support CFOs by shaping finance transformations and data-driven decision making. You work with cross functional teams to improve finance performance, planning, reporting, and analytics, enabling clients from mid market to Fortune 500. You will drive structured analyses, develop insights, and help execute strategic initiatives across finance functions. This role offers exposure to high impact projects and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Assess finance vision, operating model, processes and technology; design and implement execution plans
  • Lead financial planning and analysis through long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling with technology enablement
  • Design management reporting with KPI focus to achieve financial goals
  • Leverage data analytics and visualization to inform decisions and forecast outcomes (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx)
  • Drive working capital optimization and transparent cash flow reporting/forecasting
  • Support Day One readiness and execution of transactions or liquidity events; manage transition services and integrations
Key requirements
  • 5-8+ years in FP&A, corporate strategy, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking or private equity
  • 2-3 years in client-facing consulting (investment banking, financial advisory, or consulting)
  • Proficient in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and/or data analytics
  • CPA or GAAP expertise; FP&A, PMP, Six Sigma or master's degree preferred but not required
  • Modeling experience: 3-statement, long-range plan, 13-week cash flow
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of financial ERP and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Workday; EPM like Hyperion Planning, Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights)
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills; ability to mentor juniors
  • Willingness to travel 70-80%
