As Director of Finance, you steer the company's financial, compliance, tax, and legal activities across Fargo and Apex. You shape forecasts, close financials, and partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning and performance. You lead FP&A, cost structures, and ERP initiatives to optimize value. • Direct preparation of financial statements and monthly close; ensure regulatory and shareholder reporting
• Lead financial planning, forecasts, and variance analysis; manage cost center structures
• Oversee Accounting, Controlling, and IT departments; partner with leaders to monitor performance
• Identify opportunities for reorganization, downsizing, or optimization of operations
• Coordinate strategic planning with executive leadership; act as sparring partner to President and CFO
• Evaluate business cases for expansion and lead ERP/software implementations
• Manage compliance, legal matters, cash flow, banking, taxes, and transfer pricing
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions for agility and performance

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum of two years in manufacturing accounting
• Strong accrual-based accounting knowledge; U.S. GAAP and IFRS/HGB experience
• Solid understanding of WIP accounting and job costing/project-based cost accounting
• Proficient with database systems and accounting software; ERP experience, SAP preferred
• Excellent management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
• Ability to support cross-functional teamwork and strategic decision-making
