Overview

As an Oracle Cloud HCM consultant, you will lead cloud-based implementations and assessments across core HR, payroll, talent management, and workforce management. You'll drive Hire-to-Retire process optimization and identify gaps, leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities to maximize standard functionality. You will run workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders, translate challenges into actionable roadmaps, and mentor junior team members. This role combines rapid, workshop-driven delivery with strategic thinking to enable transformation and automation, including AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and assessments across core HR, payroll, talent management, and workforce management
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process walkthroughs with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Analyze process deviations and customizations (CEMLI) and align solutions with Oracle functionality
• Define transformation roadmaps with prioritization, dependencies, and business value articulation
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, including AI-enabled solutions
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage workstreams in a fast-paced, workshop-driven environment and mentor junior team members

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or assessments
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes and best practices
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, capabilities, and limitations
• Ability to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews with senior stakeholders
• Experience analyzing deviations and CEMLI alignments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate challenges into recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership in consulting engagements and ability to manage workstreams and mentor juniors
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
