In this role you will optimize and support Okta's end-to-end Source to Pay ecosystem, acting as the functional expert for finance tech. You will shape the architecture, configuration, and optimization of core financial systems and translate complex business needs into technical solutions. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives and drive scalable, compliant integrations across procure-to-pay workflows. You'll work on high-impact AI integrations to advance our global financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting to translate complex requirements into technical solutions within the S2P ecosystem
• Drive functional architecture, configuration, and optimization of key systems (Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, Kyriba) and map end-to-end data flows and automated banking transfers
• Lead cross-functional project execution, UAT, release management, and post-implementation support for finance tech initiatives
• Establish robust controls, audit trails, and data governance for SOX compliance; design/build GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems

Key requirements

• 8+ years as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
• Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes (e-procurement, invoice processing, treasury operations)
• Hands-on functional expertise with Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, Kyriba Pay
• Strong upfront scoping, translation of business challenges into solutions, and process mapping with executive stakeholders
• Proficiency in data mapping, API-based integrations, multi-currency accounting, and flat-file formats (BAI2, ISO 20022); solid SOX understanding and financial security practices
