As HR Business Advisor for Global Investment Banking, you shape and deliver the people agenda for GIB and partner across HR and the business to drive talent, performance, compensation, and engagement. You'll support industry and product groups, work with North America leaders, and advance an AI-enabled, digital HR operating model. You provide executive coaching, workforce analytics, and change management to sustain growth and improve decision making. This role blends high-touch advisory with scalable, data-driven HR solutions to enable business performance.

- Drive day-to-day talent priorities: hiring plans, succession, leadership development, and onboarding for senior hires
- Lead strategic performance management, including banker scorecards, evaluations, and compensation differentiation
- Champion inclusive, high-performance culture and strengthen employee experience
- Partner with senior GIB leaders on talent and headcount strategy aligned to business needs
- Advise on organizational design, restructuring, and change management to grow talent and productivity
- Provide executive coaching and use data/AI insights to inform leadership decisions
- Synthesize workforce analytics into clear executive narratives and recommendations
- Manage complex, sensitive people matters with Employee Relations and HR Legal governance
- Collaborate with F&BM on workforce planning, talent forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Support the full employee population with focus on junior talent development and well-being
- Drive HR transformation with COEs and Learn team to advance digital/AI-enabled processes and upskilling
- 10+ years of progressive HR advisory experience in a large-scale, complex, matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives (MD-level) to deliver talent outcomes
- Expertise in workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent/performance management, and change execution
- Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into insights and executive storytelling; comfort with AI-enabled tools and digital HR solutions
- Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management; discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters
- Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
- Preferred: direct HRBP experience supporting Investment Banking, Markets, or global client-facing/revenue business
