Business Systems Support Specialist

In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for Fluke's commercial systems and Quote-to-Cash processes, driving governance and continuous improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, system effectiveness, and compliant business operations. You will tackle complex operational and system challenges, applying data-driven analysis to enable sustainable improvements that support critical business objectives. This position offers a pathway to influence how commercial processes scale across functions and deliver value to Fluke customers.

• Serve as SME for commercial systems and Quote-to-Cash processes
• Support and optimize pricing, customer master data, order management, ERP, CRM, PLM, EDI, and eCommerce platforms
• Evaluate requirements and recommend process and system enhancements
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes while balancing governance and customer needs
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex system and process issues
• Utilize PDCA, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis for sustainable actions
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Administer pricing structures and commercial configurations
• Support EDI onboarding, testing, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Lead or facilitate Kaizen events focused on commercial process improvement
• Develop standard work and performance metrics to sustain improvements
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years supporting commercial systems, ERP, customer master data, pricing, or Quote-to-Cash processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills
• Proven ability to build partnerships and influence without authority

• Attention to detail with high data accuracy and integrity
• Experience in data maintenance activities, data loads, and system configuration updates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication across functional teams
• Experience documenting business processes and standard work
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI preferred
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and process controls preferred
• Working knowledge of Fortive Business System (FBS), Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies preferred
