Overview

In this role you partner with business and IT stakeholders to shape and implement financial systems solutions within the Deloitte GPS practice. You will help define system scope, capture requirements, and support delivery to maximize value from IT investments. You'll work across strategy, operations, and technology to transform finance processes and enable data-driven decision making. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze and define requirements for technical solutions
• Formulate systems scope and objectives based on user needs, business priorities, and system capabilities
• Document business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and solution considerations for technical initiatives
• Assess applicable business systems and industry requirements to support solution design and implementation decisions
• Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support delivery teams and maximize business value of IT investments

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• 6+ years of experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements for technical solutions
• 4+ years of experience documenting business requirements, systems scope, process flows, or functional specifications
• 4+ years of experience analyzing user needs and translating them into system requirements
• 3+ years of experience supporting system implementation, testing, or solution validation activities
• Ability to travel 25%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
