Responsibilities

• Improve efficiency across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report cycles
• Lead GenAI and digital finance transformation initiatives
• Optimize financial close and consolidation processes
• Refine budgeting and forecasting methods
• Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis, including testing
• Enhance internal and external financial reporting capabilities
• Resolve complex financial and operational issues with innovative solutions
• Ensure high quality and regulatory compliance across deliverables
• Deliver digital finance solutions leveraging AI technologies
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication
• Deepen understanding of broader business dynamics and finance transformation

Key requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 4 years of relevant experience in finance operations, including P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
