Sage Intacct Business Systems Consulting Manager

As a Business Systems Consulting Manager, you drive the optimization of clients' people, processes, and technology. You assess current systems, design improvements, and guide implementation and restructuring to maximize value. You work with cross-functional teams to align systems with business goals and deliver measurable efficiency gains. You'll manage complex ERP projects and help clients realize opportunities beyond software. This role offers impact across client ecosystems and meaningful transformation.

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, and technology)
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems
• Learn ERP systems quickly and assist with implementation and restructuring projects
• Perform general ledger and transactional flow analysis to correct errors and support reporting
• Plan projects with timelines and milestones
• Manage complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects
• Convert records for input into new systems
• Coordinate and train clients on system use
• Set up complex payrolls in client accounting systems
• Consult on best practices for business processes
• Supervise staff on projects and provide performance feedback
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years relevant work experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Business development experience
• Strong accounting knowledge (financial statements, inventory, general ledger)
• ERP implementation experience (multiple ERP systems a plus)
• Working experience with Sage Intacct implementation from discovery to post-implementation support
• Ability to think outside the box to provide solutions
• Experience with project management, leading an implementation team, and evaluating processes
• Ability to manage project budgets, change orders, and timelines
• Experience working with manufacturing processes and inventory structure
• Knowledge of third-party applications that integrate with business apps and how to assess needs
• Strong Excel working knowledge
• Preferred but not required: prior professional services experience
• Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
