FVP, Director of Business Management, Consumer Bank

In this role you will partner with business heads to optimize performance and drive key strategic initiatives within Axos' consumer organization. You will own the operating cadence, align cross-functional teams, and translate data into decision-ready narratives for executives. This position sits at the heart of our Strategy & Analytics function, helping steer growth for a fast-scaling digital bank. • Act as a trusted advisor to business heads to optimize performance and drive key initiatives across the consumer organization
• Own the operating cadence including business reviews, cross-functional forums, and executive reporting rhythms
• Drive alignment across product, marketing, lending, deposits, risk, and operations around shared performance metrics
• Engage partners to track initiative progress and hold the organization accountable to performance commitments
• Serve as an early warning system by monitoring trends, surfacing drivers, and escalating risks to leadership
• Translate performance data into clear executive narratives that drive decisions
• Facilitate senior and executive-level reviews that are insight-led and action-oriented
• Serve as thought partner to the Head of Strategy as the business evolves with growth

• Bachelor
• 7+ years in business management, strategy, or business operations (financial services or high-growth consumer business preferred)
• Experience running operating rhythms with rigor: business reviews, initiative tracking, executive reporting
• Strategic thinker fluent in data and able to drive decisions from insights
• Exceptional communicator who turns metrics into executive-ready stories
• Strong business acumen connecting performance to priorities across multiple lines of business
