Solutions Engineer - Finance Technology

Join Netflix as a Finance Technology Functional Lead to shape the finance systems that power a global entertainment company. You will partner with finance leaders, product and engineering teams to translate requirements and steer cross-functional priorities. You will own end-to-end delivery for new builds and module implementations, identifying gaps and scalable solutions across P2P and accounting domains. • Manage relationships with finance leaders, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements and influence priorities
• Proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and risks in current processes
• Own end-to-end delivery as the functional lead for new builds, system configurations, and module implementations across multiple finance modules
• Independently manage medium-to-large projects with deep domain knowledge and make design decisions
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and product owners to ensure aligned delivery and smooth integrations

• In-depth experience with enterprise ERP/accounting systems (Workday/Oracle/SAP/NetSuite) as a systems analyst; Workday experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of P2P and financial data flows
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and product owners
• Experience in understanding integrations with various systems
• Independent contributor capable of navigating ambiguity and learning complex business areas
