In this role, you partner with senior leaders to steer investments, planning, and delivery for Global Private Bank Technology. You will lead financial planning, build business cases, and provide decision-ready reporting to executives. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with technology, product, design, finance, and HR to enable fast, disciplined execution. - Partner with technology, product, and design leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
- Own development and review of business cases ensuring they are data-driven and aligned to priorities
- Lead financial planning and forecasting with timely, accurate insights
- Monitor and optimize expenses across headcount, infrastructure, vendors, and non-labor costs
- Build and maintain headcount forecasting models with current assumptions
- Conduct deep-dive reviews on headcount, infrastructure, vendor strategy, and location strategy
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to validate data and refine models
- Design executive-ready reporting (dashboards, packs, narratives) for fast decision-making
- Improve reporting processes, close gaps, strengthen controls, and increase automation
- Lead ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives to drive execution and excellence
- Apply AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools to automate routine analysis while managing data sensitivity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in business management, financial planning, or similar role
- Experience building forecasting models and management reporting
- Strong analytical judgment with ability to translate data into insights
- Experience managing budgets and driving cost optimization
- Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment and manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executives and cross-functional partners
- Continuous-improvement mindset and ability to operate at pace with shifting priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed
