Finance Specialist

In this Finance Representative role, you help ensure timely payments from clients by pursuing delinquent accounts and preparing reconciliation-related reports. You will work within a cross-functional team to resolve invoice issues and maintain accurate cash postings. • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and pursue collections via phone and email
• Generate monthly aging reports for accounts with invoices older than 45 days and take action
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with colleagues to ensure prompt resolution
• Prepare daily reports to ensure accurate account balances and proper cash application
• Document all actions on assigned accounts within 15 minutes of call ending
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection quotas for assigned accounts
