Overview

In this role you will lead financial analysis and valuation for a regional portfolio of Pattern's operating assets, translating development and construction data into operations-ready models. You will build and maintain long-term and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, while supporting cross-functional teams through asset life events. You'll help optimize cash flow, refinancing, and value-enhancing opportunities, contributing to Pattern's mission to deliver low-cost clean energy. This role offers hands-on impact across project conversions, financing strategies, and strategic evaluation in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operating asset financial models
• Generate asset financial performance and reporting products
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across project life cycles
• Provide transaction support for term conversions, refinancings, and asset optimizations
• Maintain external financing and partner relationships
• Support revenue optimization and asset enhancements

Key requirements

• 3 to 6 years relevant work experience, including asset valuation and modelling
• Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of financial and mathematical modelling techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
