Sr. Business Director - Environmental & Hazardous Waste Management

You will own P&L for a $300M integrated ChemCare/OSS services business, driving profitable growth and operational excellence. You'll lead a cross-functional team, shape multi-year strategy, and embed services into the broader Univar commercial engine. Expect transformation initiatives, digital tools adoption, and close collaboration with finance and commercial teams to optimize value for customers and the company.

• Own and deliver the annual plan across revenue, gross margin and EBITDA
• Oversee a 90-person cross-functional organization (commercial, operations, support)
• Drive pipeline-led growth including new business, cross-sell and churn recovery
• Lead performance cadence with MORs, pipeline reviews and KPI dashboards
• Optimize portfolio toward high-value verticals
• Strategize pricing in partnership with Finance and Commercial
• Foster safety and regulatory compliance across EH&S and risk management
• Act as executive sponsor for enterprise customers; build cross-functional partnerships
• Lead business transformation initiatives including process standardization and digital enablement
• Drive adoption of digital tools to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Identify strategic investments for growth and scalability
• Position integrated lifecycle service offering as a competitive differentiator
• Lead organizational change and talent development across functions
• Align organization structure to support growth

• 10+ years leadership experience in industrial services or chemical distribution
• Proven P&L leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen and growth leadership
• Experience in regulated environments (EH&S, waste services)
• Track record of leading transformation
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
