As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting Manager, you will partner with senior finance leaders to reshape finance functions and enable business performance. You'll lead and mentor project teams within PwC's Management Consulting practice, guiding the design of modern operating models and overseeing finance transformation efforts. • Lead finance function strategy projects to optimize client finance structures
• Guide the development and implementation of finance operating models and org designs
• Apply business process analysis to streamline finance operations
• Drive finance transformation initiatives for functional excellence and efficiency
• Manage stakeholder engagement to align finance strategy with business goals
• Coach team members to develop skills in finance process improvements and strategic finance
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and planning
• Oversight of technology integration in finance processes to enable digital transformation
• Facilitate change management to support organizational development
• Collaborate with clients to tackle challenges in achieving contemporary operating models

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with strategic finance and financial planning
• Strong skills in business process analysis and transformation
• Experience managing finance transformation projects
• Knowledge of data visualization and data modeling techniques
• Understanding of change management and organizational design principles
• Ability to travel up to 80%
