Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end process improvements and performance initiatives to enable execution of our business strategy. You will facilitate workshops and monthly reviews to align teams and sustain our Excellence practice. You'll apply continuous improvement, Agile, process, project, change, and performance management methods, scaling with AI. You diagnose complex issues across units and deliver strategic, governance-focused solutions. You help standardize processes and simplify operations to boost efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of performance and end-to-end process improvement projects using excellence tools and methodologies
• Facilitate workshops and monthly performance reviews for functional alignment
• Deploy and promote Excellence practice tools and methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process, Project, Change, and Performance Management)
• Leverage AI to scale methodologies and improve efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across or within business units, regions, or functions
• Lead standardization and simplification of business processes via analysis and optimization (incl. AI and automation)

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's in PM, Change Management, Operations or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or equivalent
• US work authorization
• ability to meet office/field requirements as described (incl. location in Plymouth)
