As VP in Cross Border Payments, you shape a firmwide program to modernize platforms and enable cross-border FX. You bridge strategy, product, and execution, aligning multi-line-of-business priorities into actionable roadmaps. You build governance, executive narratives, and measurable outcomes to influence leadership decisions. This role offers impact at scale through platform modernization and FX enablement, with collaboration across teams and functions. You will drive value realization and risk-aware delivery in a complex, matrixed environment.

• Lead a firmwide strategic program end-to-end, including scope, timelines, executive decisions, and delivery outcomes
• Align stakeholders across lines of business and corporate functions, translating priorities into executable roadmaps
• Establish governance forums, milestone management, integrated reporting, escalation pathways, and accountability
• Develop executive-ready narratives for platform modernization and cross-border FX enablement, including trade-offs and recommendations
• Define program success metrics and provide concise, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Build business cases and support funding decisions with value articulation and benefits tracking
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear options and recommended paths

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years leading strategic programs and transformation initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strategy background with ability to shape executive decisions and portfolio roadmaps
• Proven ability to manage tight timelines with control of scope, risks, and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across senior levels; facilitation and decision-driving ability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and AI tooling for analysis and storytelling
