Workday Finance Sr. Analyst (Location Flexibility)

As a Workday Functional Sr Analyst, you will shape the Finance Operations workstream by aligning Workday capabilities with business goals. You'll lead governance, standardize processes, and deliver scalable solutions that boost efficiency and financial performance. You'll mentor a team of analysts and partner with stakeholders to drive cross functional initiatives and roadmap execution. This role offers a chance to influence how the Finance Digital Team supports growth and transformation at RSM.

• Define and enforce consistent Workday processes and standards across the Finance Digital team, creating templates and workflows to speed delivery and reduce rework
• Oversee system governance, configuration standards, and change management processes
• Collaborate with and mentor a team of analysts to foster development and high performance
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Finance Digital Team initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and PMO on roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution of Finance Digital Team projects
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on Finance Operations performance and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned to support organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Workday Certified - preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Workday experience in a development/implementation environment
• Strong Workday Finance background with experience in Accounting, O2C, P2P, and related areas
• Experience with data mapping, backend analysis, and defect tracking
• Proven experience in operational business process improvement
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
• Leadership experience in guiding teams on large/complex projects
