Director of Finance and Accounting

As the property's strategic financial leader, you shape and execute financial strategy to meet brand service goals while maximizing return on investment. You partner with property and brand leadership to deliver strong financial results and implement robust controls. You develop and monitor the operating budget, forecast performance, and identify profit-improvement opportunities. You lead the finance team and ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards to support exceptional guest experiences.

• Develops and implements annual operating budget for the property
• Produces forecasts and analyzes variances between actuals and projections
• Monitors sales against budgets and prepares cost-saving and productivity plans
• Leads development and execution of a comprehensive annual business plan aligned with strategy
• Manages cash flow, working capital, and tax considerations in line with brand SOPs
• Oversees internal, external, and regulatory audits; ensures robust controls
• Ensures P&L accuracy and proper account classification
• Provides analytical support during budget reviews and decision making
• Leads and develops finance team; assigns accountability and conducts performance reviews
• Communicates strategic goals and owner priorities to stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with SOPs/LSOPs and management contract requirements
• Develops development plans for team members and supports hiring processes

• Bachelor in Finance and Accounting with 2 years of relevant experience or Master in Finance and Accounting with no required work experience
