Overview

In this role, you lead and develop a team of Support Professionals to deliver high-quality client service within Morgan Stanley's PWM framework. You partner with CBSO and HR to manage performance and talent while driving service initiatives and process improvements. You will oversee branch operations, coaching, and stakeholder communication to ensure consistent, compliant execution. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex environment, shaping client experience and operational excellence at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Professionals and Service Professionals
  • Drive interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff, including Financial Advisors and teams
  • Coach through one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career planning
  • Partner with CBSO and HR on performance management and conflict resolution
  • Monitor branch operations, budgets, and travel/entertainment expenses per firm policies
  • Collaborate with Complex Sales and Risk to ensure end-to-end execution of service initiatives
  • Participate in national calls and share best practices on platform changes and policy updates
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain relationships with key partners across the Branch, Complex, Region, and Home Office
  • Administer duties as delegated by the Complex Business Service Officer
  • Promote a culture aligned with firm values and diversity and inclusion
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Previous industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, resolve complex needs, and escalate when necessary
  • Leadership and talent development capabilities
  • Experience supervising staff and managing relationships across levels
