Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive federal growth strategy focused on long-term partnerships
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance
  • Provide project oversight in collaboration with technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
  • Monitor account financials including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability
  • Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and innovative solutions to win business
  • Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms and commitments
  • Research industry trends and opportunities to maintain competitive edge
  • Participate in industry organizations and events
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in military, government, or related industries
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and delivering results in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  • Expertise in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and business development
  • familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Facilities engineering, environmental science, or infrastructure development (preferred)
  • Financial management: budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with MILCON projects, infrastructure recapitalization, or disaster recovery (desirable)
