Vice President, Finance Business Partner

In this role you will act as the regional finance leader for Services, partnering with regional executives to align financial strategy with business goals. You will drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency by integrating finance with operations and supporting growth initiatives across the region. You'll steer budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes with support from global FP&A, delivering timely, accurate reporting. You will build a strong control environment and lead a diverse finance team to enable strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact position that shapes regional financial strategy within Mastercard's global services footprint.

• Act as the primary finance leader for the Regional Services business
• Integrate finance with business leadership to optimize revenue and profitability
• Develop and execute short- and medium-term strategic plans to drive regional growth
• Collaborate with Business Development Finance to evaluate opportunities and build business cases
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes with regional/global FP&A support
• Oversee accounting for the region, including close, reconciliations, and local currency controls
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory reporting
• Manage finance staff and external consultants; maintain strong internal controls

• Significant finance experience in the banking/card/payments industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience
• Strong financial analysis and accounting background
• Experience partnering with business leadership and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Leadership experience including coaching and managing a diverse team
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multifaceted projects and work with various stakeholders
