Finance Manager, Inbound Operations, North American Customer Fulfillment

As a Financial Analyst III, you will drive AI-enabled automation and standardization across finance processes within Amazon's IBO network. You translate operational metrics into financial insights to optimize costs and support scalable controllership as the network evolves from site-centric to hub-based structures. You will develop AI-powered dashboards and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial playbooks and performance analytics. • Analyze operational data to provide financial insights for cost optimization and performance improvement
• Develop and utilize AI-powered dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis for senior leadership
• Partner with operations to validate business case assumptions and contribute to automated reporting reducing manual work by 40-50%
• Conduct risk assessments and remediate data discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy
• Collaborate across finance, operations, supply chain, and technology to develop standardized investment evaluation processes and scalable playbooks

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5+ years in finance or related analytical roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining tools
• Experience with large-scale data reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
