Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the portfolio's companies
• Guide executive teams to maximize performance and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and goals, taking corrective action as needed
• Provide leadership to management teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as central problem-solver for portfolio operational challenges
• Offer hands-on guidance and implement best practices to boost profitability and competitiveness
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of portfolio companies

Key requirements

• 15 years of senior executive experience overseeing diverse portfolio companies
• Strong background in operational management, strategic planning, problem resolution, and financial governance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with stakeholder influence and change management
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred)
