Finance Lead, Global Data Management

In this role you will lead the Global Data Management Finance Data team within Deloitte's SAP-based finance platform to ensure data integrity and controls. You'll influence accounting design and data strategy while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support global SAP adoption. You will drive performance, coaching, and continuous improvement in a complex, globally distributed environment. • Lead the Global Data Management Finance Data team and set priorities for data integrity, controls, and automation across the SAP platform
• Advise finance leadership on accounting design, profit center strategy, and data integrity for global initiatives
• Partner with technology, onboarding, and operations to support SAP adoption and finance data model implementation
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance support, data protection, and auditability of finance data processes
• Lead a distributed team with performance management, coaching, hiring, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 10+ years in financial accounting, cost accounting, auditing, financial statements, and financial reporting
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Advanced SAP FICO experience (GL, profit centers, cost centers, end-to-end integrity)
• Experience applying GAAP or IFRS
• Active CPA license
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Ability to travel 0-10%
