Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bid process from initial inquiry to final proposal
• Build repeatable bidding systems with structured workflows and decision frameworks
• Develop accurate cost and price models for complex additive-manufactured parts
• Act as technical-commercial translator to assess manufacturability and propose alternatives
• Support the sales cycle with technical credibility in meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Key requirements

• 5+ years in technical bidding, sales engineering, or application engineering in contract manufacturing/additive manufacturing
• Strong hands-on manufacturing knowledge including welding, machining, heat treatment, post-processing
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and translate customer requirements into internal specifications
• Structured process builder with excellent communication skills
• Cross-functional orchestrator capable of aligning engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity
