Overview

In this role you service a portfolio of Business Insurance clients, analyzing policy terms, preparing coverage comparisons, and advising on exposures. You renew and manage policies in line with procedures and code of conduct, documenting activities in the Applied EPIC system. You support Producers/Account Executives, gather underwriting documentation, and maintain client and carrier communications to drive retention. You may lead client relationships in the absence of a producer, ensuring accurate updates and timely servicing. This position offers hands-on policy servicing with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a book of Business Insurance clients and supporting producers
• Analyze policy terms, prepare coverage comparisons, identify exposures, and make recommendations
• Renew policies in accordance with procedures and state regulations; document in Applied EPIC
• Collaborate with Producers/Account Executives on servicing needs and underwriting documentation
• Maintain client relationships in the absence of a producer
• Handle client billings, policy changes, cancellations, and inquiries
• Review policies for accuracy and process endorsements to prevent errors and omissions
• Maintain timely communication with clients and carriers to drive retention

Key requirements

• Commercial property and casualty insurance knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication with departments, clients, carriers, and partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic agency management systems; Applied EPIC, CSR24, INDIO preferred
• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of Property-Casualty experience
• Active agents or brokers license for assigned markets/states
