Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into metrics, definitions, and wireframes
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards in MicroStrategy (or Tableau/Power BI/Looker) with filters, drill paths, and role-based access
• Create reports linking operational metrics to fraud outcomes to identify bottlenecks and improvements
• Analyze complex partner operations to find automation opportunities across processes and systems
• Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective systems that meet user needs
• Prepare clear stakeholder summaries (weekly updates, incident recaps)
• Maintain data quality by validating report inputs, reconciling discrepancies, and escalating data issues for accurate fraud reporting

Key requirements

• Bachelor
• 2+ years in business systems or IT-related experience
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Advanced SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Ability to build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for business decisions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and independent/collaborative work
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data, identifying business problems and opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; knowledge of applicable systems
