Overview

In this role you help optimize and evolve the D365 F&O platform to support Finance, Operations and manufacturing processes. You will lead configuration projects, coordinate system updates, and drive a continuous improvement roadmap in collaboration with finance and operations leaders. The position sits in IT and supports Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable ERP solutions that enable business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure D365 F&O module parameters, posting profiles, dimensions, workflows, and security to enable new functionality
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver new D365 functionality
• Coordinate D365 updates and integration with peripheral systems
• Provide root cause analysis and lasting solutions for D365 issues
• Maintain system documentation for support and future development
• Ensure compliance with ITGC and SOX, supporting audits
• Partner with external resources to improve quality and throughput over time

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O or AX2012 with D365 F&O in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Projects processes as they relate to D365
• Knowledge of SOX and internal control environments
• Excellent communication, project management, documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, work independently, manage time and meet commitments
