Overview

In this Sr ERP Business Analyst role, you will help optimize end-to-end ERP processes tied to Cognitus ICC within the EBDT organization. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test ERP solutions that support incurred cost claims. You'll lead blueprinting, specification writing, and testing to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support. This position offers a chance to influence financial processes at scale and contribute to transformative IT initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize financial business processes and system applicability
• Configure Cognitus to support ICC and related processes
• Perform gap analysis and re-engineer ICC activities
• Lead blueprinting, testing, and production support
• Author functional specs for enhancements, interfaces, and reports
• Conduct unit/integration testing and training of end users
• Provide technical leadership across the full software lifecycle
• Coordinate with developers to ensure requirements are met
