Technical Program Manager, Finance Systems & Compliance

As a Technical Program Manager for Notion's Finance tech stack, you will shape end-to-end technical programs that modernize revenue, billing, and controls. You bridge Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security to deliver auditable, scalable systems. You'll own roadmaps, define how new pricing and product launches become revenue-ready, and embed controls from design to go-live. This role offers high impact across ERP, billing, revenue subledger, and ITGC programs in a rapidly growing company.

• Own end-to-end delivery of finance system programs (ERP, billing, subscription management, revenue subledger, procurement, and reporting)
• Lead cross-functional working groups across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security
• Define intake, prioritization, decision logs, risk escalation, and metrics to measure impact
• Map current-state processes and data lineage; partner with Data Engineering on data contracts and source-of-truth alignment
• Drive ITGC programs across financial systems, including access control, change management, SDLC/CI-CD, and audits
• Design controls into new systems and changes; serve as systems-side contact for internal and external audits
• Build AI-assisted workflows with clear quality evaluation, human review gates, and documentation

• 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, or finance transformation with finance or revenue systems focus
• Working fluency in finance operations, especially quote-to-cash and record-to-report
• Hands-on ITGC program experience and practical SOX knowledge
• AI-native operating mindset; experience using AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, and assemble evidence
• Track record of delivering end-to-end technical programs, including transformation or ERP/billing platform implementations
• Experience with data lifecycle, analytics tooling, and change management for business systems
• Ability to influence without authority and drive decisions with clear communication to senior stakeholders
