Multiple Offices- Finance Associate

In this role you will support the Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice by structuring, drafting and negotiating middle market lender-side debt financing. You will work across multiple offices, collaborating with partners to handle complex lending transactions and UCC Article 9 matters in a fast-paced environment. • Structure, draft and negotiate middle market lender-side debt financing transactions
• Handle UCC Article 9 matters with emphasis on perfection and enforcement
• Collaborate with partners on syndicated asset-based lending deals
• Support cross-office engagements across Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA, NY, and Philadelphia
• Contribute to transaction management and client communications
• Maintain high professional standards and compliance in all filings and documents

• 3-5 years of experience in debt financing transactions
• Significant hands-on experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating lender-side debt financing
• Strong UCC Article 9 experience is essential
• Syndicated asset-based lending experience preferred
• Self-motivated, confident, personable team player
