Overview

In this role you will lead growth for the Technical Development Program (TDP) by developing a qualified enterprise pipeline, engaging C-suite and HR/L&D leaders, and guiding deals to close. You will work closely with JREDD and the Engineering Center of Excellence to ensure credible proposals and successful implementations. You'll operate in a high-visibility, autonomous sales role at the intersection of workforce development and facilities management, shaping a scalable training product with a strong market potential.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of TDP opportunities across target verticals with support from Salesforce
  • Identify and prioritize accounts within 209 target-vertical accounts and broader outreach
  • Develop cold outreach strategies for net-new accounts
  • Collaborate with account managers and JREDD leadership to surface TDP opportunities in IFM and managed accounts
  • Deliver tailored TDP proposals detailing tier, scope, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure technical accuracy and delivery feasibility in proposals with JREDD and COE
  • Manage contract execution with JREDD operations and JLL legal
  • Close opportunities to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Contribute to sales materials (one-pager, pricing playbook, objection guide, competitive positioning)
  • Maintain Salesforce opportunity records and provide regular pipeline updates
  • Represent TDP at industry conferences and client events
  • Monitor competitive developments and gather client feedback for product roadmap
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales with a track record of closing complex, high-value contracts ($200K+)
  • Experience selling to senior operational, HR/L&D, or real estate leaders at large enterprises (2,000+ employees)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives
