Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end engagement, onboarding, and insights experience for partners using quality and operations data. You will translate business needs into clear reporting, metrics, and data flows while ensuring file-upload processes are reliable and production-ready. You'll lead onboarding across teams and systems, design intuitive dashboards and data subsets, and partner with engineering to move file-upload and reporting capabilities to production. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and enable data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how partners access and understand data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for SQ digital and related stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding of new teams, plants, and systems onto data and reporting solutions.
• Define and deliver standard reports, metrics, scorecards, and outcome metrics to support decision-making.
• Design and maintain data flows, visualizations, and curated data subsets for end users.
• Own the file-upload process, including scheduling, documentation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Drive the path from concept to production for file-upload and reporting capabilities in partnership with engineering.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and intake sessions to understand use cases and data needs.
• Plan onboarding for new partners and systems, including communication, training, and readiness checks.
• Create reference materials like playbooks and quick-start guides for new teams.
