In this role you drive strategic execution and operational excellence within the Public Affairs & Access (PAA) Business Operations team. You will partner with executive leaders across five VPs to align strategy, budget, and organizational development. You'll lead a centralized operations group to support HEOR, contracting, and corporate communications, shaping cross-functional initiatives at scale. Responsibilities
  • Oversee strategy, business planning, budget allocation, and operational execution for multi-team functions aligned with senior leadership priorities.
  • Serve as primary Operations Lead to the Sr. VP of Public Affairs and Access, collaborating with VPs and the Head of Strategy, Impact & Operations.
  • Manage both people managers and individual contributors, fostering inclusive leadership and performance development.
  • Oversee department-level process management, business continuity, and HEOR contracting support.
  • Lead cross-functional change management initiatives and develop frameworks for decision-making, efficiency, and succession planning.
  • Execute multi-channel strategic communications and engagement to strengthen belonging and cross-functional alignment.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor
  • 15+ years in operations, management consulting, or strategy and operations
  • 8+ years in direct people management with coaching and high-performance team leadership
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare compliance; experience in PAA areas (Patient Access, Governmental Affairs/Advocacy, Charitable Giving, or Corporate Communications) preferred
  • Proven strategic planning, long-term goal-setting, resource allocation, and enterprise-level workstream management
