Overview

In this regional leadership role, you will guide a 8-12 person Specialty Sales team focused on Dupixent for Asthma to Pulmonologists, executing the national sales strategy within the Southeast. You will drive field-based coaching, regional planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align with Sanofi's patient-focused mission. The role combines leadership, strategic execution, and hands-on field presence to influence market access, clinical understanding, and performance. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact launch and ongoing promotion in a competitive specialty area.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, train, and develop a team of Specialty Sales Representatives (Area Business Managers)
  • Oversee sales activities, managed markets pull-through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, and regional budget
  • Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals and resource allocation
  • Become expert in clinical data affecting product promotion, disease state, and market trends
  • Spend substantial time in the field to support development and provide coaching
  • Build positive relationships with key customer segments (internal and external)
  • Collaborate with RBDs, brand marketing, payer/managed markets teams, medical affairs, senior management, and other departments to achieve sales objectives
  • Partner and collaborate with Regeneron co-promote partner
  • Travel approximately 60%
  • Reports to the Zone Business Director
Key requirements
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to travel as needed and hold a valid driver's license
  • Must reside within the assigned territory
  • Experience in pulmonary/biologics is strongly preferred (optional elements in role)
  • 3-5 years of Field Sales Management experience (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and co-promotion experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of reimbursement landscape and managed markets pull-through (desirable)
  • Sales launch experience (preferred)
