We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team!
Position: Dental Receptionist
Full-Time with medical, vision, drug, and dental insurance after working full time for four consecutive weeks. Eligible for up to two weeks vacation after one year employment.
Hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Maintain accurate patient records
Verify dental insurance and assist with billing questions
Collect patient payments and process transactions
Coordinate with the dental team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Maintain a clean and organized front desk
Protect patient confidentiality and handle information appropriately
Qualifications
Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and office/dental software
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Dental terminology and insurance knowledge are a plus
