Oracle ERP - Finance And/Or SCM Lead

In this role you drive Oracle ERP transformations for high-profile clients across UKI and Western Europe, leading delivery and shaping solutions that deliver measurable value. You engage senior stakeholders, guide multi-phase project lifecycles, and identify new business opportunities within a dynamic, global delivery network. You will act as a trusted advisor on Oracle applications and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure successful outcomes. This position offers exposure to strategic programs and a chance to influence how finance and supply chain operate at scale.

• Lead delivery of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions on large transformation programs
• Manage or workstreams across requirements analysis, functional/design, process design, fit-gap, deployment and business readiness
• Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging senior stakeholders to address business challenges
• Define and create Oracle ERP solutions and identify expansion opportunities
• Coordinate proactive Oracle proposal development highlighting Infosys Consulting value and differentiators
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Applications within relevant industries
• Foster relationship building across client teams to ensure informed advisory
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP colleagues across geographies in a hybrid delivery environment

• Established knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) functional roles in a services firm or large enterprise
• Track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in the relevant domain
• Strong network within the Oracle ecosystem
• Ability to operate at a senior client-facing level, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers
• Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications and ability to align functional area with business requirements
• Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to large groups
• Collaborative team player, able to lead by example and contribute hands-on
• Mature interpersonal and influencing skills at senior client levels
• Ability to travel as/when required
