Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with FP&A leadership to translate requirements into data and reporting solutions
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and solution design
  • Train the financial team on new reports and self-serve capabilities
  • Serve as SME for reporting/data questions and support
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Analytics on data platform changes
  • Create centralized reports for forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Analyze large datasets and present findings to diverse audiences
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting processes
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards/reports and semantic models
  • Maintain governance and documentation for reporting standards
  • Work with SQL-based sources, data warehouses, Microsoft Fabric, Azure
  • Contribute to Pigment planning platform with model design and enhancements
  • Promote analytics best practices and stay updated on AI and data visualization trends
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years in BI/Analytics/FP&A analytics or reporting
  • Minimum 3 years developing scalable automated reporting
  • Expert-level abilities in Microsoft Data Tools (Excel, Power Query, DAX)
  • Working knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Processes
  • Experience with Power Automate, SQL, Python
  • Experience transforming large financial/operational datasets into ongoing reports
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight
  • Team-focused with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting Finance/Operations/Consulting in fast-paced environments
