In this Senior Consultant role, you drive ERP transformation programs within the CFO Advisory practice to modernize finance organizations and ERP environments. You collaborate across finance, accounting, technology, and development teams to move programs forward and translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables with a data-driven, AI-enabled approach. Responsibilities

• Manage ERP transformation workstreams and deliverables across client teams
• Support finance and ERP transformation initiatives including strategy, planning, design, program management, testing, training, cutover, and stabilization
• Lead or coordinate cutover activities for transitions from legacy systems to new ERP environments
• Plan and execute testing, coordinate issue triage, and drive resolution with functional and technical teams
• Translate requirements into clear business and system needs and communicate downstream impacts
• Develop project plans, track dependencies/risks, facilitate sessions, and report progress to stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through structured problem solving and QA
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes
• Contribute ERP and finance transformation experience to proposals, methodologies, and assets
• Coach junior team members and share knowledge across project teams

Key requirements

• 3+ years of consulting, ERP implementation, finance transformation, or related experience
• Experience supporting ERP implementations with hands-on configuration or PMO/program management
• Experience managing ERP workstreams or cross-functional teams through implementation phases
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and ERP-enabled finance processes
• Experience with requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, cutover, issue management, or stabilization
• Ability to translate between finance/business and technical stakeholders
• Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows with strong critical thinking
• Ability to travel 25-50%
