Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the GM, delivering executive-ready insights and board-level materials
• Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps, and operating rhythms for execution
• Lead annual strategic, financial, resource, and headcount planning (Plan of Action)
• Design and manage leadership governance, planning cycles, and quarterly reviews
• Coordinate enterprise and functional initiatives across US Commercial with clear ownership and dependencies
• Represent US Commercial in enterprise/global planning, translating direction into commitments
• Track performance, identify barriers, and drive mitigation and process improvements
• Lead planning/execution for GM-sponsored meetings (e.g., National and Midyear)
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness for anticipated US product launches
• Advance organizational effectiveness through improved operations, collaboration, and decision-making
• Develop high-impact communications for leadership meetings and external audiences
• Serve on Kite Commercial BS&O Forum to align priorities with planning and execution

Key requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with 8+ years of experience OR
• Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience
