Finance & Business Management - Vice President

In this role you will lead strategic initiatives and manage ongoing business needs within the Global Corporate Banking Healthcare team. You will collaborate with senior leaders and partners to boost efficiency and translate complex topics for executive audiences. You drive cross-functional programs that align Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance with the business strategy. This is a high-impact position shaping the healthcare banking agenda and organizational performance.

• Implement and align new business strategy, initiatives, or platforms across multiple functions (Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance)
• Improve bottom-line performance by advancing initiatives related to fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilization
• Identify and mitigate business risks (legal, tax, regulatory, capacity, extraordinary costs)
• Analyze financial performance and drive productivity initiatives
• Partner with business, Operations, and Technology to define future workflows and support technology infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with external service and infrastructure providers
• Represent the business in internal and external working groups

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business management, finance, or strategy
• Advanced project management, organizational, collaboration, and time management skills
• Advanced storytelling and writing skills with strong executive-level presentation abilities
• Ability to work with colleagues at various seniority levels and locations and coach team members
• Advanced understanding of banking trends and financial services experience
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
