Confidential Remote Executive Sales Opportunity
Own the strategy, economics, leaders, and partner ecosystem for a major Western U.S. sales region.
A fast-growing national membership and services organization is confidentially looking for a senior regional sales role. Reporting to the Executive Suite (TBD), this executive will operate as the point person of the Western Region, leading a distributed organization and shaping how the business grows across field, partner, and integrated sales channels.
The opportunityThis is a true general-management sales role, not a traditional field director position. You will own a material regional P&L, lead 4+ District Managers and a broader specialist leadership team, influence approximately 40+ field sales professionals, and make high-level decisions about markets, partners, headcount, investments, and execution.

- Regional strategy, operating plans, growth priorities, forecasting, and performance management.
- $10M-$20M in regional total contract value and $3M-$10M in overall profitability.
- Leadership and development of five District Managers plus business development, sales operations, and integrated membership leaders.
- A regional expense base spanning travel, events, sponsorships, partner compensation, and operating investments.
- Partner and instructor health, retention, satisfaction, growth, economics, and strategic opportunity development.
- Integration across field sales, inside sales, digital sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and compliance.
- Regional organization design, succession planning, performance accountability, culture, and workforce decisions.
- Executive-level communication of results, risks, investments, and growth recommendations.
You are a strategic operator who has already led managers across multiple states and knows how to grow through other leaders. You understand channel and partner economics, can read a P&L as naturally as a sales dashboard, and are equally comfortable coaching leaders, challenging assumptions, reviewing investments, and presenting to executives.
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including responsibility for leaders of field teams.
- A record of scaling a multi-state outside sales, channel, partner, dealer, distributor, franchise, or membership-driven organization.
- Meaningful P&L ownership with accountability for revenue, profitability, forecasts, expenses, and investment choices.
- Strong commercial judgment across partnerships, contracts, market expansion, channel integration, and organizational design.
- The executive presence, analytical ability, and communication skills to influence across functions and levels.
- High integrity, discretion, accountability, and genuine alignment with responsible self-defense, education, personal responsibility, and service.
This remote role must be based within the Western Region. Phoenix and Las Vegas are particularly attractive locations because of their market strength and partner activity, although other major Western metros will be considered. The Western Region includes Washington; Northern California, Oregon, and Idaho; Southern California; Northern Nevada, Northern Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado; and Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. Oklahoma and Texas are outside this region.
Travel expectationsTravel is approximately 40%, generally two weeks per month, and is strategic in nature: leadership meetings, key partner engagement, team development, headquarters visits, and industry events. Some evening and weekend availability is required. The field organization handles most day-to-day market activity.

Current planning anticipates a base salary around $200,000+ plus a variable incentive bonus. Final compensation will depend on experience, market, internal equity, and the approved compensation structure.
