Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects for business enterprises, IP, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments
• Oversee valuations of equity, debt, derivatives, and structured securities for various purposes
• Provide technical expertise in complex assignments including economic damages and regulatory investigations
• Review and approve valuation reports and financial models for rigor and relevance
• Collaborate with team members to resolve valuation issues for clients
• Deliver valuation support for forensic, litigation, and investigative assignments
• Engage with clients, present findings, and manage stakeholder communications
• Supervise and mentor associates, providing training and career development
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Key requirements

• 6 years of valuation or related consulting experience
• ABV, ASA, CVA, or related designation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Familiarity with valuation standards and complex financial instruments
