Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements to modern solution capabilities
• Coordinate cross-functional process development and decision-making
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, define current- and future-state processes and user stories
• Collaborate with Digital and Business teams to design, configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions
• Support ERP configuration, integration design, testing, and deployment readiness in a cloud ERP environment
• Translate information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making
• Facilitate functional sub-teams within an enterprise transformation program using Agile, Lean, and structured delivery
• Act as a change agent delivering improvements in standardization, visibility, and performance

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field and ideally 4+ years of ERP experience
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications preferred
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills
• Experience in process mapping, requirements definition, change management, and cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence decision-making in large-scale transformations
